Each machine is roughly 76 cm wide, 86 cm deep, and 188 cm tall. We recommend a 1.2 m × 1.2 m footprint with a standard 15-amp outlet within 3 metres. Indoor venues only.
Every rental runs on free-play mode by default. Guests press start, play, and win — no tokens, no coins, no awkward change-hunting. We can enable coin mode if you're using the machine for a fundraiser.
Yes. We stock a house plush lineup at every price tier, and we source custom prizes (brand swag, co-branded merch, designer collectibles) with two weeks' lead time.
Anywhere within 80 km of downtown Toronto at no extra cost — all of the GTA including Oshawa, Burlington, Milton, and Newmarket. Beyond 80 km we charge a small mileage fee.
Full refund up to 14 days before your event. 50% refund between 14 and 3 days. No refund inside 72 hours — but we'll credit the deposit toward a future booking within 12 months.
Yes. Our design team works from your brand guidelines or a rough brief. Wrap production takes 5 business days. Send us vector artwork and we'll return a mockup within 48 hours.

Claw Social Rentals Inc. ("Claw Social", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, where it goes, and the rights you have under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

We use this information solely to respond to your booking inquiry, confirm availability, provide a quote, coordinate logistics for your event, and (if you book) send a deposit invoice.
Submissions are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet accessible only to Claw Social staff. A summary is also emailed to our team. Data is hosted on Google Workspace servers in accordance with Google's terms.
Booking inquiries that don't result in a confirmed booking are deleted after 12 months. Confirmed bookings are retained for 7 years to meet Canadian accounting and tax record-keeping requirements.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS 1.3). The booking endpoint is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile bot verification, origin validation, and a shared-secret check. Access to stored bookings is restricted to authenticated Claw Social staff via Google account sign-in.
This site uses no analytics cookies and no third-party trackers. We use browser local storage only to remember your colour and theme preferences. We do not set any cookies that identify you.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
